Roper agrees to buy Cloud SCM vendor iTradeNetwork for 5M
IDG News Service – Roper Industries, a maker of industrial tools, scanning equipment and software, Monday said it has agreed to buy on-demand SCM software vendor iTradeNetwork from private equity firm Accel-KKR for 5 million. The transaction is expected to close later this week.
